Vases...

These starfish vases have been quite a challenge! All the colors and all the details; they take around 2 hours just to put the glaze colors on each one. But I'm thrilled with how they've turned out.

Sunny days & art markets...

Had a great time at Season Consignment Market Day in Daphne, AL this past weekend. The weather was PERFECT and quite a few people came by to enjoy what everyone was selling. Many of my angels and other pieces have happily gone to new homes now, lol.

I'll be updating the website today to remove pieces no longer available.

So angelic!

I've been having a lot of fun playing around with new styles of angels, one of my most popular items. These are all votives, hollow with a little hole in the back for putting in a tealight!

Also coming soon are mini angels, only about 3" tall and super cute.

Often I'll post in-progress pictures online, and people don't always realize just how many steps there are in creating pottery! These are a few examples of pottery that is still wet, or halfway finished, that still needs to be glazed with the colors and fired again.

WOW, what a crazy holiday season! I'm so thrilled that my shelves are mostly bare at the moment. Thank you all for your encouragement, praise and of course, buying my work!

I've posted what fairy houses I have left, and will no doubt be making more in the next couple of months.

I'm getting started on some new projects and playing around with new ideas, and will keep updated on here and on Facebook.

Finally got more supplies and have been working on some orders...
Bowls, mugs and lots of vases! Still have a few Christmas pieces to make as well.
I'm currently sold out of Fairy Houses, and hope to make some more
in the next couple of weeks.

Had an amazing day at the Fairhope Hogsmeade Halloween Festival, selling little cauldrons and other assorted pottery.
Harry Potter themed medallions were a big hit! I had the symbols for Quidditch, Deathly Hallows, and Harry's glasses.

Beautiful weather, great people and all
for a good cause - Hogwarts Summer Camp!

Got the new kiln! Big BIG thanks to everyone who helped in so many ways! I can't even fully express what it means, that my whole little community of friends & family came together to help me like this.

Currently I'm working on lots of new pieces - jars, vases, fairy houses, and even a few angels. Can't wait to show you all the finished products. =)
