Candace Pryor ---------------------------------------------------------------------- In 2010, I decided to go back to school to finish my Fine Art degree, with a plan to work as an Art Therapist. My first semester, I took a wheel pottery class. After a month or so, I realized that all my other classes only got in the way of working in the pottery studio, and so I switched my major to Ceramics. I love working with all kinds of clay, and am just as happy "handbuilding" with slabs of clay as I am using the wheel. Between 2012 and 2016 I spent most of my time in Fairhope, AL teaching art and pottery at the Marietta Johnson School of Organic Education, as well working as a potter at Tom Jones Pottery. Now I'm working from home in my own little studio whenever I have time, and loving it!
